Backbone stack 2.1.2 released

RESThub Backbone stack released with a major dependency update:

For complexity reasons and some design limitations (related, in particular, to Relational model cache management), we decided to switch (see here) to Backbone Associations 0.5.1.

Upgrade from 2.1.1

• Bootstrap from 2.3.1 to 2.3.2
• Handlebars from 1.0.0-rc3 to 1.0.0
• Backbone Relational to Backbone Associations 0.5.1
